Meet the Wall Recycling Team
Dustin Hill – Chief Operations Officer
Dustin joined Wall Recycling as Field Operations Manager in November 2017 and promoted to Chief Operations Officer in August 2021. With 17 years of recycling & waste management experience, he oversees operations throughout each of the 13 locations and his focus is to identify trends in the recycling and waste operations while also managing his team of dispatchers.

Calista Johnson – Dispatch Manager
Calista joined Wall Recycling as an Account Manager in June of 2016 and was promoted to Business/Dispatch Manager in 2018. With 15 years of Sales and team management experience, she has help build relationships with construction companies and over sees all our customer service representatives. She resides in Raleigh with her husband and their four children.
